1. Who processes your data

The data controller is MindMedia Group L.L.C., the Republic of Kosovo. Contact: mindmediagroup.ltd@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: name, email address and password. The password is stored only as a hash (scrypt) — not even we can read it.
• Valuations: the details you enter about the item and the resulting estimate, so you can find them under “My valuations”.
• Photos: if you upload a photo it is sent to our AI provider solely to identify the item or its condition. We do not keep it after processing.
• Technical: IP address and request timestamps, for security and abuse prevention.

We never collect card data. It goes directly to Paddle and never passes through our server.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract), to protect it from abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Who we share it with

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — payment processing and invoicing.
• Our AI provider — the description text or photo you submit, only to extract attributes. Your name and email are not sent.
• Our hosting provider — the server the application runs on.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Valuations are kept as your history; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Technical logs are purged within 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email mindmediagroup.ltd@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Your session is stored locally in your browser only so you do not have to sign in repeatedly.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access requires a valid token. If a breach affects you, we will notify you.
