Vlerso is an automated valuation tool that estimates an indicative market value for property, vehicles and machinery in Kosovo, based on publicly available for-sale listings collected from classifieds portals.
The service is not a professional appraisal. It does not replace a valuation by a licensed appraiser and must not be used as the sole document for bank lending, court proceedings, inheritance or tax purposes. Listing prices are asking prices, not realised sale prices.
Accuracy is measured and stated openly inside each report. The median error varies by category and by how much data we hold; for some categories it is high and the report says so explicitly. You accept that the figure provided is a statistical estimate, not a price guarantee.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
The service is sold as a monthly subscription, plus a limited number of free valuations so you can try it first. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record. The purchase contract is with Paddle, Paddle issues the invoice and handles VAT for your country, and “Paddle” is what appears on your bank statement, not our name.
You may cancel at any time. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges are made.
You may not: resell or redistribute our results as your own product, perform bulk automated extraction of data from the service, attempt to bypass technical limits, or use the service to mislead anyone about the value of an asset.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MindMedia Group L.L.C. is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of an indicative valuation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
These terms may change. Material changes are announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
